Beetroot Relish

This locally sourced beetroot is rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Finished with a little fresh horseradish, it has a lovely zing. It is delicious with any salad or sandwich and it goes really well with anything smoked- liked a smoked fish or ham. It’s also lovely with cheese.
