This fantastic chutney with its complex spices and rich tomato base is the perfect substitute for ketchup. It has a slight smokiness from the roasted mustard seeds which we use. I love to serve it on a roast beef and crisp lettuce sandwich,but it’s also great in a pasta dish or with cheese.
